Felt Owl How-To

We've been having fun with felt.
Make your own felt owls by following these simple steps:
Choose your colours from your felt stash.

Print out the template below:

Cut out 2 eyes, 2 wings, 1 nose and 2 body shapes in the colours of your choice...this is what you will have:

Use a blanket stitch to sew the various pieces onto the front of your owl...Don't forget your buttons!
We sewed 2 Incomparable buttons to enhance the owl's 'googly' eyes and a heart button for his tail!

Blanket stitch the 2 body pieces together and leave a large enough gap to fit your filling into...

Once he is filled to your liking, finish up your stitching...

Only one thing left to do....make him a friend...
